For clients with premiums above 500 CAD, the system evaluates whether the premium increase is below or above a certain percentage threshold (8% or 15%, depending on the producer’s criteria). This additional segmentation allows for customized messaging based on the size of the premium increase, addressing client expectations more precisely.
Tailored Email Communication:
Each client receives an email based on their segment. For lower increases, the email may focus on reassurance and value, while higher increases include options to review or adjust coverage. All emails provide access to the renewed policy documents and encourage clients to review coverage, reach out with questions, and update any changes to their risk profile.
