2-Way Integration
A standard 1-way integration allows you to sync data from your management system to your Pathway account and run automated campaigns. Pathway’s 2-way integration allows us to push activities and abeyances back into your management system so you have a record of these events in your BMS. By storing valuable data in your BMS in this fashion, team members uninvolved in the original automation process can still view what emails a client has received.
While Agency Revolution offers a 1-way integration with Applied TAM, Pathway takes this a step further by integrating with Applied TAM and Applied Epic with the option of having a 2-way integration.
