Automating Renewal Reviews and Recommendations

Document Delivery

If emails and texts are the “speech” side of communication, then questionnaires embody the crucial act of “listening” which plays an equally important role in crafting your ideal customer journey. By adding a listening component to your agency repertoire you’ll be able to speak differently to a diverse set of prospects and clients. Because online forms are integrated into Pathway, you have the option to create segments (sublists) based on registered responses. Additionally, you can build lists based on people that answered ‘yes’ to specific questions and send them a follow-up email or SMS text. Optional Self-Service Client Portal Add on

Self-Service Kiosk converts any website into a client portal with a simple line of code and is available on its own, or with Pathways other products. Having a Self-Service tool will save your staff time by reducing the volume of phone calls, and superchargers the level of service offered to your clients. Though there are times when policyholders prefer to talk to someone directly, the latest research suggests that’s not the case when simply accessing documents or performing other routine measures. They want to access their documents on their terms and on their timelines, so it’s critical for any insurance business to have that capability in place. It’s also important to note that although clients want convenient access to their documents, that doesn’t mean all customers by default will download your app from the Apple or Google App store. 2-Way Integration

A standard 1-way integration allows you to sync data from your management system to your Pathway account and run automated campaigns. Pathway’s 2-way integration allows us to push activities and abeyances back into your management system so you have a record of these events in your BMS. By storing valuable data in your BMS in this fashion, team members uninvolved in the original automation process can still view what emails a client has received. 

While Agency Revolution offers a 1-way integration with Applied TAM, Pathway takes this a step further by integrating with Applied TAM and Applied Epic with the option of having a 2-way integration. Pathway also offers 2-way integration with Vertafore AMS360, Vertafore SIG, Acturis Power Broker, Hawksoft, and NowCerts with more coming soon.

Contract Term
